Terms & Conditions bos01 – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by bos01, including Sports Betting, virtual sports, Live Casino, slots, progressive jackpots, and online cricket. This document should be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy bos01, which forms part of your overall agreement with our platform.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date of your account registration and remain applicable for as long as your account is active or you continue to use the bos01 platform. bos01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notice provided via your registered email or in-platform notification.

To register and use the bos01 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not residing in or a citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Has never had their account closed or blocked by bos01 for any reason previously.
• Not currently diagnosed with or receiving treatment for a gambling addiction.

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one (1) bos01 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the registration method used.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You must notify bos01 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Bos01 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Usernames containing racist, obscene, offensive, or impersonating language — whether of an individual or entity — are not permitted.

Bos01 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via approved local payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Bos01 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used, at any time.
• Any deposit attempt using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment details will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bos01 does not charge any fees for deposit transactions. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Bos01 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 each transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, as an anti-money laundering precaution.
• Your first withdrawal request requires a completed identity verification (KYC), including a copy of a valid identification document.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours for most methods. In certain cases requiring further review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Bos01 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security or anti-fraud review if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Any bonus that has not yet met its rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Bos01 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all bos01 bonuses:

• All bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus rollover requirements must be met within the specified time frame. Expired bonuses will be forfeited along with any accumulated winnings.
• Bos01 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if any abuse of the promotions system is detected, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the rollover requirements are met.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds on certain games may not count towards rollover requirements. Please refer to the individual promotion terms for full details.
• Special bos01 promotions tied to Malaysian public holidays (Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Merdeka, etc.) are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the Promotions.

All bets placed on the bos01 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except at bos01's discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as an obvious technical error.
• In the event of an obvious odds or payout error caused by a technical fault, bos01 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• For live sports and virtual sports betting, results displayed on the bos01 platform are final, subject to confirmation by management.
• Bets placed during a platform outage or technical issue may be suspended or voided depending on the circumstances.
• Betting on Malaysia Super League, EPL, international badminton, cricket, and e-sports events is subject to the specific rules of the respective sport, which can be found in the platform's help section.
• Bos01 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any member based on their betting profile, without being required to provide a reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bos01 platform and may result in disciplinary action, including immediate account suspension or closure:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the bos01 platform to process or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using any other method to unlawfully claim bonuses more than once.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Platform Disruption: Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical operations of the bos01 platform.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity or providing false personal information.

Bos01 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms & Conditions set out in this document.
• Identity verification failed or the documents submitted were found to be fraudulent.
• Suspicious activity or signs of money laundering.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through bos01's responsible gambling programme.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the bos01 customer support team via live chat. Any valid account balance will be returned to the original payment method once all necessary checks have been completed.

The bos01 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bos01 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical disruptions at all times. By using the bos01 platform, you acknowledge that:

• Betting involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you wager.
• Bos01 is not liable for any losses arising from your own betting decisions.
• Bos01 is not liable for any service disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• In any circumstance, bos01's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Bos01 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain a controlled and enjoyable form of entertainment. As part of this commitment:

• Members may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits in their account settings at any time.
• Cooling-off and self-exclusion options are available to members who need them.
